An official told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), that till 5pm Jammu registered a voter turnout of 67.22 percent till 5 pm with voters still queuing up to exercise their right to franchise. Voting for the high-stake constituency started at 7 am amid heightened security arrangements.
